Sked Terms of Service

Effective 19 October 2026

These terms govern use of Sked, a scheduling service operated by Mantle, Inc. ("Mantle", "we"). By creating an account or booking a meeting through Sked, you agree to them.

1. Accounts

• You must be at least 16 and give accurate account details. Booking pages go live once you confirm your email.
• You are responsible for your password and for activity under your account. Tell us at privacy@mantlenow.com if you suspect misuse.
• You can delete your account at any time under Settings. Upcoming meetings are canceled and invitees are notified.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Sked to:

• send spam, or collect invitee data for purposes the invitee has not agreed to;
• impersonate another person or organisation, or mislead invitees about who they are meeting;
• break the law, infringe others' rights, or ask invitees for passwords, payment card numbers or similar sensitive data;
• interfere with the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or exceed reasonable use.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

3. Your data and your invitees

You keep ownership of the content you add. You give us permission to process it to run the service, as described in the Privacy Notice. When you collect information from invitees, you are responsible for having a lawful reason to do so and for how you use it outside Sked, including through webhooks.

4. Connected services

Calendar and other connections rely on third-party services such as Google. Their availability is outside our control. If Sked cannot check a connected calendar, it stops offering times rather than risk a double booking.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep Sked available and accurate, but it is provided "as is" and may change, be interrupted or be discontinued. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms by email.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Mantle is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for missed or double-booked meetings, lost data or lost business arising from use of Sked. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
